I am delighted to release one of my best Shiraz wines that I have produced, the 2008 Tendril Shiraz from the Barossa Valley.

The grapes were harvested from three quite outstanding small vineyards in Ebenezer, Greenock and Nuriootpa in the heart of the Barossa Valley.

Meticulous winemaking skills and cellar oak maturation has produced a distinct Shiraz with strong varietal fruit flavours together with the distinct characteristics of this great Australian wine growing region.

Wine and Spirit Insider March 2010 has named the Harbord 2008 Tendril Shiraz as one of the " Best buys under $ 20 " currently available from small producers.

Winestate 4 Stars March / April 2010 - ' Rich, rounded, well- balanced style with butterscotch and mocha - like aromas and flavours with unctuous varietal fruit and lovely soft tannins.

Very limited cases left. Certainly will cellar well for the next 5 years.
