TASTING
NOTESThe Riesling grapes for this excellent wine were harvested from the southern slopes of the family Kerkaraboo Vineyard, south-east of Clare.
Cold pressed Riesling juice was carefully fermented with an aromatic yeast and bottled early to retain freshness and pure varietal characteristics.

COMMENTS
Intense limes and lemons have instant appeal on the nose and palate.
Delicate citrus fruits and firm natural acidity ensure a wonderful balanced Riesling that is refreshing yet will cellar and reward over time
